Orders may require processing time before they are handed to a carrier. Processing can include payment confirmation, stock checks, careful preparation, packaging, and address validation. A confirmation email does not necessarily mean that a parcel has already left the warehouse.
After dispatch, delivery progress is usually provided through the shipping confirmation and the carrier tracking page, when tracking is available. Tracking events may take time to appear after the first scan, and updates can pause while a parcel moves between facilities or customs checkpoints.
Delivery to United Kingdom is expected within 3–4 days. Worldwide delivery to other countries is expected within 5–10 days.
